The client, a clock designer, had particular requirements for this warehouse shell in Shoreditch.
A raised bedroom, part of the main space but separate from it, with trapdoors in the floor to a laundry chute, with internal windows containing concealed sashes which, when open, provided big openings into the space.
The use of curved walls varied ceiling heights and clever lighting produced a space which flowed and opened up to the main living urban loft space.
